I am in same boat as a few with temps at slightly inconsistent times (usually between 5:30/6) my problem is I go to bed thinking about how I will need to temp in AM and that results in my body waking me up earlier than the alarm. I then temp earlier getting paranoid if I go back to sleep I won't have the 3 hours of consistent sleep to be accurate.
Today had a big drop on 6dpo so hoping it is implantation but seems like such a big drop? Any similar dips out there? Thanks!
