Ovulation Question

I am not sure how to attach my chart on here either #Fail.

My temps appear to be all over the map although I think they are finally starting to balance out. My main question is at the event of ovulation, would the temp have to become higher than let's say CD4 where it was the highest its been all month or does it go by the highest its been in the past 6 days without decreasing for a few days?

I am trying so hard to make sense of all of this!
