June 2, 2017 at 6:32 amI have a problem figuring out what's going on. Mid cycle, I discovered my thermometer was not reading proper temps. I broke the rules, got a new thermometer, and started charting with it. You can tell the difference because of the major temp shift toward the end of my cycle. The only problem now is figuring out whether I actually ovulated. I want to think that I did, because the lower temps indicate a definite rise, even though the temps are nearly three degrees off. Only real problem is that I'm now 14 dpo and still no positive test or AF. I've never had a luteal phase this long, but it's also my first cycle in seven years that I wasn't breastfeeding, so naturally it would be a bit longer. THis is also my first (hopefully) real cycle since my miscarriage in January. If I didn't ovulate, I need to go to the doctor. But if I did ovulate, then why is AF not here? Lastly, I just want to say that in seven years of charting, the temp range that I am currently in (97.7) has almost always been in the luteal phase, which is another reason I think I ovulated. In seven years it's only been about three cycles where 97.7 was before ovulation. So can you run your eyes across my chart and give me your thoughts? I think I just need someone outside to look and give me a different perspective. Thanks.
