April 2, 2017 at 12:20 am This is my first month temping so helping for some help. I only started a little into my cycle, and temps have been rising but I can't see a serious spike. Initially the chart was saying day 10 was ovulation, then day 13 but not it isn't recognising a shift at all? Ovia predicted my ovulation day as CD 17, but from CM I didn't think this was right. If anyone could look at my chart and let me know what you think that would be great.
Ive excluded one one of the days as I was drinking the night before.
