February 16, 2017 at 4:29 amI have been breastfeeding for the past eight months and haven't gotten my period back yet. Will charting be able to show me if I'm ovulating even without a period? Is charting effective while breastfeeding? (I am getting a solid nights sleep, so I'm not worried about waking up throwing off my temps). Thanks!!
