January 19, 2017 at 6:22 amSo my baseline on BBT seems to be 96.(whatever). When looking for the ovulation spike my bbt temp should be two whole degree higher than 96.(whatever) right? Ex. If it is 96.(whatever) consistently it should be 98.(whatever) during ovulation. Am I right?
