May 17, 2016 at 4:29 pmI'm new at this and see two different rises in temps. I also chart on fertility friend to see if there is any difference in information. This however is my first month of charting. Both have me ovulating at the same time cd 18/19. I had a few temps in a higher range then it shot up into another higher range and has stayed there. Yesterday I dipped .06 and rose more then that. I am at 98.49 today so big difference. So is my chart triphasic and was that an implantation dip? I had cramping literally all day and I mean all day yesterday and today I am fine
