May 17, 2016 at 11:29 amHello, I was hoping to get some help reading my chart :) I plan on switching to OvaGraph with my new cycle..... whenever that starts (irregular cycles and first cycle taking BBT), in the mean time I am a little worried regarding the brown spotting (11-16 DPO) and very painful cramps (14 DPO). This is my 4th postpartum cycle and I am breastfeeding about 4-5 times a day and once at night (between 2-4am). Thank you!
