I'm new to charting and I'm still looking to avoid pregnancy for a few more months, so some expertise would be welcome. It seems to me that there was an attempted surge somewhere around CD 16 in this cycle, which explains the CM and high cervix. My question is, is there any way to expect these things for next month? Am I likely to have long cycles for awhile, especially since I'm still nursing? I know nearly anything is technically possible, but I wonder if my body is likely to succeed at ovulating at CD 16 (or so) next month, since it seems to have tried that this month.
Grr, am I making any sense? I don't want to have to skip sex from CD10-24 if I'm most likely going to ovulate later in the month.
