November 23, 2016 at 5:04 amAm I seeing the start of a possible triphasic chart??? I thought maybe the low temp was an implantation dip and now the temp is higher than my thermal shift... of note I have been waking up about 45 min earlier and laying in bed for a bit before I temp not sure if I should temp right away or lay there and wait??? Any help would be appreciated
