Wonder if anyone can help please?
My temps pre date I *think* I ovulated ranged from 97.2-97.6. I then had a dip for 2 days on and after my peak days to 97.0. Post ovulation my temp rose to 97.4 and has been the same for 3 days now. Issue is that although I have had a clear temp rise since my peak day and probable ovulation it is still lower or around the same as several days at the start of my cycle so there is no clear highs and lows. I take temp at pretty much same time every morning using a glass thermometer.
CM dried up day before temp rise and i am still dry with just a touch of scant sticky mucus. M
So really no idea if I have ovulated! We are TTC so really important that I understand if I am having anovulatory cycles. I never took a ovulation test and just relying on CM and temp charting.
Any advice gratefully received!
