August 17, 2016 at 2:11 pmI am a teacher so I am trying to figure out what time I should take an OPK each day. I wake up at 6am and leave for work around 7:30am. I get home around 4:30 or 5 in the evening. I'm not sure taking one at school will work. What time should I take the tests? Especially when I start taking two a day. I just received the Easy @ Home OPK's from Amazon. Thanks so much.
