Cycle stressing me out, feel upset

We all thought I ovulated on cd 25 but I've not been able to confirm it. Had a mild cold the last three days and have taken about 6 paracetamol in the last two days. I don't think I've taken enough/am ill enough to be affecting my temps. No new batteries required..all at 6am save for one at 5.40am... 

Any idea what's going on? Starting to feel a bit upset, and a bit of a failure. My thyroid level is borderline normal. Had a good cycle last month but didn't bleed much.. argh.  Dunno. Advice/encouragement welcome.
