Is this O? So confused...

Day 14 and temp shift. Yesterday felt ovulation pain but no fertile quality egg-white CM, just small amount of wetter cm in a.m. Small amount of sticky cm last two days.

Temp pattern looks similar to last month where I saw a dip then gradual rise and lots of fertile quality cm. Last months chart put my ovulation at a couple days after the lowest temp. I thought the day of lowest temp reading before rise is likely ovulation. Is that right? And can you O and then have fertile quality CM???? So confused. Just worried I already may have O'd this month...
