I stopped temping a long time ago when my husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained infertility and had just been timing intercourse based off cervical position and fluid. Of note, when I have tried OPKs consistently (2times per day, following all the instructions), I’ve never had a positive result. Thought I would give BBT another go to see if it reveals anything we might be missing.
I thought I hadn’t ovulated until day 21, but looking back, we had traveled that weekend and I slept poorly. So excluding that temp it looks like I ovulated day 19.
Are my temps too low? Am I ovulating too late? My cycles are anywhere from 28-32 days so not technically irregular but not super consistent either.
