
While I expected some fluctuation as my body adjusted to post-BC life (I was on it for nearly 10 years), my previous cycles have all been between 28-37 days (that one longer cycle I chalked up to the stress of wedding planning last fall.)
This Corona pandemic really hit my area toward the latter half of my last cycle. There was some delay in my menstual cycle then (I ticked over the 40 day mark.)
But my current cycle seems super anovulatory? I’ve now hit over 50 days in this cycle and seem to keep getting multiple days of egg-white CF without much build-up of creamy/etc.
I’ve taken a pregnancy test, just to confirm that I am not pregnant (didn’t expect to be, since we are using barriers and my chart doesn’t show any signs of luteal phase.) I also have hypothyroidism and have been tested within this cycle that all my levels/meds are within proper range.
I guess I’m just looking for advice on how to support my body through anovulatory phases so that I can finish this cycle and get my body back on track? Can the stress of WFH orders/pandemic changes really have this much of an effect?
My husband and I would like to start TTC at the end of this summer, so I’m trying to get everything in order...
