May 21, 2020 at 5:01 pmMy opk’s showed peak at cd17/18 but I wasn’t temping accurately at that time. I was temping after I got up and went to the bathroom. Started more accurate bbt around cd23. Did see a shift in temps but maybe just from the difference in how I was temping. Now, cd28 I’m seeing an obvious temp spike and I’m thinking I ovulated late even though my opk showed an earlier ovulation! So confusing. Of course I didn’t have good BD timing if I ovulated cd28 which is super frustrating!
Any thoughts?
