August 8, 2018 at 5:00 amHi there, my husband and I are ttc but my cycle is extremely irregular. I just started charting this cycle (which is now on day 54). I read in Toni’s book that temps in the 96s and low 97s are often a sign of hypothyroidism. How true is this? Can anyone who has hypothyroidism speak to this? Or anyone with low temps without hypothyroidism?
