June 14, 2018 at 5:18 amHi there, I’ve been using BBT to track my cycle for about 6months now and this month seems to be a bit confusing.... it looks like I had a shift? But it isn’t completely clear to me because I’ve had some low temps mixed in. I normally have a pretty regular 28 day cycle, and it’s usually pretty clear to me when I had a shift. I have had some stress this month and I know that plays a factor as well. So I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on it! I appreciate it! Thanks!
