June 7, 2018 at 11:09 pmHello! This is my first cycle charting, and I’m trying to make sense of it all. On CD 18 I had a huge dip in my temperature (96.10), and the following day it went up (98.20). Is this a clear indication that ovulation happened on CD 18- the day the temperature dipped? I was always coming off of being sick with a fever, so I’m not sure if that would interfere with it?
Also, should I be concerned that my body temperature runs low? Or just note that my temperatures are unique to me?
