May 29, 2018 at 11:50 amLooking at my chart, would my temps be considered erratic or normal? I think my body tried to ovulate (with the jump in temp and EWCM), but I don’t think it was successful.
Sometimes I wake up earlier than my alarm (2-3 hours early) and I take my temperature then in case I can’t go back to sleep. If I’m able to go back to sleep, I take my temp at the usual time and use that temperature. Is this what’s recommended for accuracy?
I heard that people adjust their temps using a website, and I tried that, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.. it sometimes adjusts my temps as being as high as 97.7-97.8 and my temps never seem to go that high on their own.
