Im currently taking progesterone on days 13-26 of my cycle, and I’m using this product to try to pinpoint when problems in my cycle are arising such as extreme anxiety, horrible mood swinging pms, and week long insomnia. Hopefully using these charts will help my dr figure out how to better use the progesterone therapy I’m on. These last two months have been so so so confusing. Oral and vaginal readings are all over the place....colors are all over the place. My BBT is all over the place. I’m not at the point where I have no idea what I’m even looking at anymore. I need some help from someone who has more experience with this. My dr thinks that the oral and vaginal readings are screwy bc they are being affected by what I’m eating. She says to go only by the BBT, but I feel like more data is better. Please help! Thanks!!
