April 6, 2018 at 12:22 pmHello, so this past cycle looked very promising according to my temps. I even think I had a triphasic pattern. Unfortunately, my hpt last night was negative and of course, AF showed this morning. Obviously, I am very disappointed. Some of my other past charts have been promising as well... with really high temps in luteal phase but then all of a sudden, a huge drop and AF shows up. I was hoping for some feedback with my charts, especially this last cycle starting March 11. I don't know if my chart is considered "normal." I think I am a slow riser too and I feel like ovulation wasn't so clear either. Could I have been pregnant and it didn't stick? Or are my temps showing I may have some hormonal imbalances or problems?
I was hoping for some expertise on my charts so any feedback would be appreciated. We have been trying for 11 months now and I am sadly losing hope :(
